Complaints

How to raise a complaint with us, with the operator, or with the regulator.

We want to hear when we get something wrong. If you spot an error in our lottery guides, odds tables, or operator reviews, or if you have a complaint about how we handle information on auplaytrends.com, follow the steps below. We've also included what to do if your complaint is about a ticket purchase, prize claim, or an operator's conduct.

  1. Contact the editor — If you have a complaint about something we published, write to [email protected]. We aim to respond within three business days and to publish a correction on record when we are wrong.
  2. Contact the operator — If your complaint is about a lottery product, prize payment, or ticket dispute, contact The Lott (Tattersall's Sweeps Pty Ltd) directly. We cannot resolve claims because we do not sell tickets. Visit thelott.com/contact-us for their customer service details.
  3. Escalate to the regulator — If the operator has not resolved your complaint within a reasonable time, you can raise it with the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission. They publish a complaints form and will act on licensed-operator misconduct.
